From time to time, a complete resurfacing is needed, and we organise this major project, funded from our Estate reserves.
Parking is becoming a concern to many. It is asked that vehicles are not parked on the estate roads at any time or on the verges, as the mains utilities ie electricity and gas, are situated just underneath the verges and could become damaged by the weight.
