We provide security guards at the main entrance to the Estate at weekends over the Summer months. This service is contracted out to a local company.
The principal goal is to deter day trippers and dog walkers from accessing and parking on the Estate roads.
Over the last few years, there has been a need to tighten the security to prevent more organised groups from accessing the Estate and greensward.
This was a major focus for us in 2022, and we remain vigilant of future incursions.
The security guards also help us control building contractors from entering the Estate over weekends, as weekend building work is against our regulations.
To help with this, we provide car stickers for residents to identify their vehicles, and the security guards will ask unrecognised vehicles which property they are visiting.
